1 Tablespoon finely chopped shallot
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Smidge of cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 cup olive oil
Place all ingredients into a mason jar and shake vigorously. We love the shallots because it brings a bit of sweetness to the dressing and enhances the maple syrup.
